Meet the Founders
Marta takes part of General Manager and alongside Joana, she co-founded our Como Branco back in 2012 and is currently leading the team with passion and dedication.
Marta is the creative force behind our Event Design department shaping it with her vision throughout the years. Currently in the role of creative direction, Marta’s journey to event planning began with a passion for creativity, initially aspiring to be a graphic designer and professional makeup artist before weddings found her!
Joana brings a pragmatic approach to event planning, always maintaining a lighthearted perspective. “Never take yourself too seriously” could describe Joana’s way of life.
She takes over the event planning department but aside from her experience in Event Planning Joana’s is an excellent illustrator.
Together they have successfully leading a well known wedding planning business in Portugal and inspiring many that came after.

Our team of wedding planners tailor each wedding according to the expectations of those who seek us, presenting carefully prepared suggestions based on quality and excellence. Our experience allows us to advise our clients on the best directions so their vision for the day can be completely achieved.
We look for the best locations all over the country and from there every detail is planned through a close relationship with our couples.
Event design plays a crucial part on the final result of the wedding day. That’s why we have our own Design department at Como Branco Weddings.
We build a personalised decoration project that is materialised according to each couple’s vision, style and the overall mood of the wedding.
