With an in-house Event Design team, Como Branco ensures consistency between planning and design, combining creativity with operational expertise. This allows for a seamless process and a final result that is both visually refined and well-executed.

Questions we hear most often

Event design is the creative and logistical process of shaping what your wedding looks and feels. From the overall concept and mood to every visual detail on the day. It covers the design concept, décor specifications, florals, rentals, lighting, custom pieces, and the full coordination of suppliers and production.

It’s a separate specialism from planning, which is why we have a dedicated in-house design team rather than one person doing both.

It starts with understanding you, your taste, your references, what you want guests to feel when they walk in. From there we develop a full design concept: mood, palette, visual direction, and detailed specifications for every element. Once approved, we produce a complete production budget for your review and sign-off.

After that we manage everything: suppliers, logistics, build and breakdown. You see the concept, approve the budget, and arrive on the day.

 The design is built around you, not the other way around. We bring the expertise and the creative direction. You bring your vision, your references, and your feedback at every stage. Nothing is finalized without your approval. We guide the process, you shape the outcome.

We ask a lot of questions before we design anything. The brief we build at the start of the process: your style, your references, what matters to you and what doesn’t, is what drives every creative decision. Fourteen years of doing this means we’re good at translating what people show us and tell us into something that feels genuinely theirs. If something doesn’t feel right, we go again.

The design concept, specifications, supplier management, logistics, and full production coordination are included in our fee. The cost of the physical elements: florals, rentals, custom pieces, is a separate production budget, built after the design concept is approved.

You review every line, request changes if needed, and sign off before anything is booked. We invoice and manage everything, you can deal with only one point of contact.
