It all starts with a conversation. We get to know you, your ideas, priorities and expectations, while introducing our approach and answering your first questions.
2. Contract & Kick-Off
Once we decide to work together, we make it official. We introduce your dedicated team, establish the next steps and give you the tools to start the planning journey with clarity.
3. Vision & budget alignment
Where we define the foundations of your celebration, from the overall vision and guest experience to a realistic budget. This alignment helps us make thoughtful decisions throughout the entire process.
4. Venue & Vendor curation
With your vision in mind, we curate venues and trusted professionals that truly fit your celebration. Every recommendation is guided by experience, quality and suitability, never simply by a random list.
5. Timeline & Design
As the pieces come together, we connect logistics with creativity. We custom made the design of your celebration, coordinate every partner and build a detailed timeline so each moment flows naturally into the next.
6. Wedding day
This is when you stop planning and start celebrating. Our team is there from setup to the final moments, managing every detail behind the scenes so you can be fully present.
