Meet the Founders
Marta takes part of General Manager and alongside Joana, they co-founded Como Branco back in 2012 and are currently leading the team with passion and dedication.
Como Branco was founded in 2012 by four women who shared a common vision: to create meaningful, beautifully executed celebrations guided by creativity, professionalism, and care. From the very beginning, the company has been shaped by a strong female-led perspective, collaboration, and a passion for excellence in event planning and design.
Marta, General Manager and co-founder, leads the team while overseeing the creative direction and Event Design & Scenography department, shaping the brand’s visual identity with a strong creative vision. Alongside her, co-founder Joana heads the Event Planning department with a pragmatic and light-hearted approach, balancing structure with ease and bringing her artistic background as an illustrator into every project.
Together, they have grown Como Branco into one of Portugal’s most recognised wedding planning studios, known for its thoughtful, refined, and expertly executed celebrations.
