What kind of private events do you plan?
Anniversaries, milestone birthdays, intimate celebrations, and corporate event design. The scale varies — from small gatherings to multi-day celebrations that rival a wedding weekend in complexity. If you have an event in mind and aren’t sure whether it fits what we do, get in touch. We’ll tell you honestly.
How far in advance should we book for a private event?
It depends on the complexity. A large celebration with a venue, catering, photography, and full production needs the same lead time as a wedding, ideally 10 to 8 months or more for peak dates. A smaller event focused on design and décor can move faster. Get in touch with your date and brief and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Can you handle both the planning and the design for a private event?
Yes. For larger or more complex events like a significant anniversary, a milestone birthday with multiple moments, we offer the same integrated service as a wedding: full planning, event design, supplier management, and on-the-day coordination. For events where planning is already handled, we can come in as the design and production team only.
Can you plan an private event outside Portugal?
We’re based in Portugal and that’s where our network and experience are strongest. For events outside Portugal, get in touch, we’re open to the conversation and will be honest about what we can deliver.
